• Free shipping on all orders over EGP 1,899 across all governorates in Egypt.

• Shipping fees for orders under EGP 1,899 vary depending on the governorate.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 2–3 business days for all governorates.

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or official holidays.

Exchange & Return Policy

How to Exchange a Product?

Exchange Steps:

1. Enter the phone number or email used to place the order.

2. Enter the order number.

3. Once your order appears, select the items you wish to exchange or return.

4. If you want to exchange, choose Exchange.

5. If you want a refund, choose Refund.

6. In case of exchange, place a new order and write in the notes section of the shopping cart (“Special instructions for seller”) that this order is an exchange. Otherwise, the order will be shipped without collecting the item to be exchanged.

7. Before exchanging, make sure the product is in good condition and eligible for exchange.

Exchange & Return Conditions:

• Exchange or return is allowed within 14 days from the delivery date.

• Exchange or return is not allowed for:

• Underwear

• Towels

• Leggings

• Women’s bermuda shorts

• Thermal innerwear sets

• And similar items

• Products purchased during promotions cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of manufacturing defects.

• Orders paid via ValU cannot be refunded (they can only be exchanged for items of the same value).

Important Note:

The company covers shipping costs only if an incorrect product was sent. Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping costs for exchanges or returns.

⚠️ Important Notice:

If the order is received with missing or damaged items, please report it within a maximum of 48 hours so an investigation can be initiated with the shipping company. After that period, the company will not be responsible for any missing or damaged items.
